Meet Mr. Moose

Moose is our 4 year Saint Bernard. He is a beautiful, big ole' baby. He just doesn't realize how big he really is. He can easily sit his butt down on the couch and his 2 front paws touch the floor. We adopted him from a lady who lived on a ranch with horses and other dogs. Unfortunately, she and her husband had health issues and couldn't keep him anymore. He has been a joy and wonderful company to us. My hunny finally got the big dog he wanted. :)

Owl or dog?

This is Maggie. She put her ears all the way back for the picture haha.

More babies

It seems after our Ruffles snuck out of the gate and went out on a "date" We do not know who the mystery dad is to her 4 puppies. :) They sure are pretty cute, though. They are about 1 week old in this photo.

Doggie family

I have the perfect little doggie family. Momma,. pappa and baby. They all get a long so well. This is pappa chihuahua. His name is Cochise. He is a long haired mini Chi. He has the large round apple head with the sweet big eyes. ;)
I'm not sure exactly what the mother's breed is but she looks like a mixture of Chihuahua and terrier. I adopted her after I lost my other chihuahua. Her name is Ruffles. You can see the baby here in the pink sweater. Her name is Maggie.

Q-Tips

I'm glad my animals are easily amused and find ways to keep themselves happy. They find great pleasure in ordinary "around the house" stuff. They really like Q-Tips in particular. My doggies seek out and find Q-tips and play vigorously with them like there's no tomorrow. Amelie is a mix of Chihuahua and Yorkie. She started the whole Q-tip play time thing. She can play with one for hours. She'll toss it up into the air, catch it, put it between her paws and and lay on her back and wiggle around with it and on it. She's very entertaining to watch. I've noticed some of the other dogs have caught on, as well.
